Well I broke my ankle running yesterday because I tripped and rolled it and heard a snap and crunch so there’s that. I was so excited for our 4x800 team too because we were going to go to state. And we were only 3 seconds off of the school record ugh I’m so mad!! This freaking sucks and I just want to run and now I’m out for 6-8 weeks and I can’t even cross train. Not to mention the pain I’m in is unbearable and they didn’t give me any painkillers. Like they couldn’t even cast me (I’m in a temp cast right now) because my ankle was so swollen like don’t you think that calls for painkillers because how painful it is?!? Ugh sorry for the rant I’m just extremely upset.

I’m up at 4:30 in the morning to crosstrain before school. Dear god I’m tired

3. You don’t have…
